How can I accommodate a vegan coming for Thanksgiving?

Any ideas for items I can make that have the Thanksgiving spirit, but can be eaten by a vegan, with minimal additional expense and time. Except for the salad, almost everything I make for Thanksgiving has butter in it. LOL.
